Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Aiden James Health collects through aidenjameshealth.us, how it is used, and the choices you have. In short: I use your information to help you with health coverage you asked about, and I never sell it.
What I collect
- Information you give me. When you use the quote form, book a call, text, call or email, you may share your name, phone number, email address, state or ZIP code, who needs coverage, and anything else you choose to tell me.
- Booking details. When you schedule a call, the scheduling service collects the details you enter, such as your name, email and preferred time.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, the hosting provider may log standard information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running.
- Website analytics. This site uses Google Analytics, which uses cookies and similar technologies to collect usage information such as the pages you visit, your device and browser type, and your approximate location. I use it to understand how the site and booking page are used. You can block cookies in your browser settings or use Google's opt-out browser add-on to prevent this collection.
How I use it
- To contact you about the coverage you asked about, prepare quotes and compare plans.
- To help you apply for a plan, if you decide to enroll.
- To support you after you enroll, such as with billing, claims and renewal questions.
- To keep records required of a licensed insurance professional.
Calls and text messages
If you check the consent box on the quote form, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Aiden James Health about health insurance at the number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not required to get a quote or buy a plan.
When information is shared
I do not sell or rent your personal information. I share it only:
- With insurance carriers, when you ask me to request a quote or submit an application on your behalf.
- With service providers that help run this site and my business, such as website hosting (Cloudflare), form delivery (FormSubmit) and scheduling (Calendly). They may use your information only to provide those services.
- With a licensed advisor I trust, if you are in a state where I am not licensed and you ask me to connect you.
- When required by law, regulation or a valid legal request.
How long I keep it
I keep your information as long as needed to help you and to meet record-keeping requirements for licensed insurance professionals, then delete or securely dispose of it.
Your choices
You can ask me to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing ajh@aidenjameshealth.us or calling or texting (813) 451-0821. Some records may need to be kept where the law requires it.
Children
This site is intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
